Abstract

This is the first issue of a journal that aspires in a short time to become the dissemination tool for Hepatology in Colombia. Through the magazine, the members of the Colombian Association of Hepatology, the undergraduate and postgraduate students of the different medical schools in the country, the residents of the specialization programs in Hepatology that are developed, and the working groups in hospitals public and private, among other professionals from branches related to Hepatology, both in clinical, surgical and basic sciences, will be able to publish their experiences.
